Model 2000 LARGE NURSERY UNIT Includes: two(2) fiberglass seats, 6" x 12" shoe, 28" coulter and pockets for plants and whips up to 6'. Wt. 1300 lbs. The 2000 is by far the largest of all the Mechanical Transplanters. Being a 1/3 larger than most units, the 2000 is able to handle 4 to 5 year old Taxus and tree whips up to 5 feet in height. The pockets, driven by front non-direction tires, move at ground speed inside the long shoe which gives the roots time to spread out before they are firmly packed in place. Features: Large neoprene pockets that will hold any size plant. Huge plant boxes have conveyer belt driven by simple foot action.
